어떤 제보 – 최순실 게이트는 언론과 검찰이 벌이는 쿠데타 사기극!

김무성과 사돈간인 조선일보 – 악질 언론인 손석희 – 박지원과 문재인, 그리고 검찰이 연루된 사기극?

제보가 봇물을 이루고 있다. 제보를 다 사실로 믿는 것은 아니지만, 흘려넘길 수 없는 내용이 있을 수 밖에 없다. 막연히 그럴지도 몰라, 하는 그림이 실제로 그려진 제보를 보면 끔직하기까지 하다.

대한민국이 온통 애너미(anomy) 상태가 아닌가. 군대가 외적에 맞서서 나라를 지키는 국가의 방패라면, 내부의 적에 맞서 싸우는 the untouchables 중, 짓적인 조직이 검찰이다. 그런게, 요컨데, 2016년말, 그리고 2017년초, 대한민국 검찰은 더 이상 대한민국 검찰로 볼 수 없는 일을 자행하고 있다. 검찰은 한편 ‘상명하복’의 조직이다. 그 조직의 정점에 대통령이 있다. 하복의 검찰이 상명의 대통령을 고변하고 있는 것이다. 하극상이요, 따라서 쿠데타다. 대통령에 대한 수사나 기소 – 포괄적으로 말해서 고발 그리고 조사는 대한민국 헌법에 따르면, 내우외환의 죄에 국한되도록 돼 있다. 혹 민형사상의 위법이 있었다한다면, 임기가 끝난 뒤, 대통령이 명령선상에서 떨어져 나와 있을 때, 가능하다. 현재 대한민국 검찰은, 전혀 엉뚱한 수사권을 행사하고 있는 데다가, 그것도 증거조작에 부역하는 패륜을 자행하면서 사이비언론과 야합, 법란을 자행하고 있다.

제보된 내용을 있는 그대로 소개하는 이유가 여기에 있다.

정말 정의감이 불타는 분인 것 같습니다. 이 분이 대검찰청에 아래 내용으로 특검팀 수사요청을 했다고 합니다.

글 말미를 보면 이 분의 신상을 짐작하게 하는 내용도 나옵니다. 언론에 종사했던 젊은 분 같아보입니다.

이 분의 주장대로 이번 사태가 태블릿PC를 이용한 국정농단인지 국정농담인지 밝혀지겠지요.

글을 읽기 쉽게 하기 위해 단락만 좀 늘렸고 오자만 몇 개 수정했습니다.

이제 제가 목숨 걸고 한판 붙어야겠습니다. 제가 죽든지 무고한 국민을 누명씌운 검찰이 죽든지 둘 중의 하나는 반드시 결과에 책임져야 합니다.

국정농단의 근거인 태블릿PC 조작건을 밝혀 대한민국으 구하기 위해 세상에서 가장 고귀한 저의 목숨을 걸겠습니다.

탄핵여부와 관곙첪이 이제부터 검찰과 애국국민들의 목숨 건 혈투가 벌어집니다.

  1. 태블릿PC는 바보가 아닌 이상 누구나 조작사실을 금방 확실히 알 수 있는데도 불구하고 최순실씨것이 맞다고 확인했다는 검찰, 목숨을 걸고 끝장토론합시다. 피고인인 최순실은 태블릿 사용할 줄도 모르고 본 적도 없다고 하고 오히려 기기명이 뭔지 알려달라고까지 하고 있고, 고영태도 최순실 것이 아니라고 확실히 주장하는데도 불구하고 검찰이 진실을 밝히지 않고 오히려 무고한 국민을 죄인으로 몰아가는 이유는 무엇인가요?

    최순실씨는 박근혜 대통령과 상관없이 이미 엄청난 부자였습니다. 부자인 최순실씨가 그 나이 먹고 뭐하러 태블릿PC를 구입해서 어렵게 그런 것을 배웁니까? 컴맹인 최순실씨가 그냥 PC 사용하면 되지, 태블릿에 돈 주고 프로그램까지 별도로 구입해가면서 사용합니까? 벌써 4년전 일인데……

    저같이 직업으로 컴을 사용하는 사람도 태블릿으로 문서작성 안 합니다. 별도로 돈주고 프로그램 살 이유가 없지요. 그 정도 부와 권력을 누린 사람이 딸 때문에 골치도 아픈데 청와대에서 받은 문서 수정을 위해서 태블릿PC 사용법을 배우고 아래아 한극 프로그램을 별도로 구입을 했을까요? 당신같으면 그런 미친 짓을 하겠습니까?

    그리고 최순실씨 것이라고 조작을 하려면 아래아 한글 프로그램도 같이 설치를 해 줘야 조작을 하더라도 밝히기가 어렵지 아래아 한글 프로그램 설치도 안 하고서 수정을 헀다고 하냐!!!!! 조작하는 인간이 누구인지 짐작은 갑니다만…… 조작을 하려면 좀 제대로 조작하거라…… 이 나쁜 쓰레기야…… 아래아 한글은 대한민국에서만 사용되는 정부기관 공식문서라 별도로 구입을 돈을 주고 사야하고 아래아 한글 프로그램을 구입하여 설치하지 않으면 문서수정 자체가 불가능하다. 이미 당신들도 확인했잖아…… 나쁜 놈들아..….

    수사권이 없는 일반 국민도 최순실 것이 아닌 것은 금방 바로 확인이 가능하고 또한 돈을 주고 구입해야 하는 아래아 한극 프로그램을 별도로 구입하지 않았기에 문서수정을 하는 기능이 없는 것이 검찰 수사결과 이미 밝혀졌음에도 불구하고 최순실씨가 문서수정을 했다는 근거는 무엇인가요?

     

  2. 태블릿PC를 국가기관이나 청와대에서 사용하려면 아이디가 없으면 아예 접근자체가 불가능합니다. 이런 문서를 받거나 수정을 하거나 보았다면 청와대에 등록된 ID가 있어야 합니다. 최순실씨 아이디가 뭔가요?

    그리고 그 아이디로 사용했다면 언제 사용이 되었는지 로그기록이 있습니다. 언제 어떤 아이디로 사용이 되었는지 밝혀주면 바로 진실 여부 확인이 가능합니다. 모든 수사의 기본이 로그기록확인입니다. 최순실씨가 사용했다는 아이디와 로그만 확인해도 진실을 바로 밝힐 수 있지요.

    저처럼 일반 국민들도 이런 정도는 상식적으로 알고 있습니다. 뇌물죄나 경제사범의 초동수사는 계좌추적입니다. 태블릿PC의 초동수사는 어떻게 획득이 되었는지와 컴퓨터에 저장된 로그기록입니다. 이것을 안 하고 사용지역이 유사하다는 무슨 말도 안되는 얘기를 중앙지검장이 했다는 사실 자체가 벌써 조작의 증거입니다.

    은행계좌를 추적하고 돈을 직접 주고받은 사람의 증언이나 물증확보를 해야지만 증거로 인정되지 카더라나 의심이 간다는 것으로 증거가 되겠습니까? 태블릿PC도 주고 받은 사람과 내부에 있는 로그기록이 결정적인 증거인데, 이런 것은 수사도 안 하고 결정적인 증거인 태블릿PC 획득건은 이미 증거대상에서 제외하였다고 합니다.

    태블릿PC를 주고받은 사람들은 본인들이 아니고 전달이 된 것을 언론에서 진술하였기에 이제 로그기록만 조사를 하면 되지요. 로그기록을 조사하면 모든 것이 깔끔하게 밝혀집니다. 왜 안 할까요? 이 사람들이 초동수사요령도 모르는 바보 천치일까요? 어떻게 이런 사람들이 지검장까지 올라갔는지 이해가 안 됩니다. 이영렬지검장은 진급 안 돼다가 박근혜 정부가 진급도 시켜준 사람인데…

    최순실씨가 청와대 내부회의 보고를 받았다는 문서는 조작을 하려면 완벽하게 해야지 회의가 시작도 되지 않은 시간에 최순실씨가 회의결과 보고를 받았다는 것이 말이나 되는지요?

     

  3. JTBC가 ‘최순실씨가 태블릿을 들고 통화했다는 것을 본 사람이 있다’고 하는데 조작을 하든지 사람을 누명 씌우려면 최소한의 양심이라고 있어야지 최순실 것이라고 하는 태블릿PC는 전화통화하는 기능이 없습니다. 모델명만 확인해도 그런 기능 자체가 없다는 것을 바로 확인할 수 있지요. 최순실씨가 삼성도 못하는 그런 기능을 만들어 넣은 건가요?

  4. 태블릿PC는 최순실게이트 보도로 이달의 기자상 받은 한겨레 김의겸 선임기자가 ‘본인은 모든 사실을 확실히 알고 있지만 다른 곳에서 취재한 것이기에 국내에서 전달 받은 것은 확실하게 말씀드릴 수 있다’고 진실고백까지 했지요. 독일이 아니고, 줏은 것이 아니고, 전달받은 것은 확실하다는 것이지요.

    그동안 총풍, 사드, 광우병, 다이빙벨, 윤창중 등 많은 사건 왜곡보도로 국민을 가슴아프게 만드신 분 아니겠습니까? 이번 기회에 JTBC 기자들과 손석희씨 다같이 불러주면 더 좋구요. 거짓으로 위증한 사실이 밝혀지면 거짓말한 사람을 광화문 단두대로 보냅시다.

    검찰은 사형을 구형할 수 있는 국가기관이기에 무고한 국민을 죄인으로 몰아가는 사실에 분노하여 검찰에게 요청합니다.

    태블릿PC가 최순실 것이라면 제가 목숨을 내놓겠습니다.
    만약 최순실 것이 아니라면 특검팀도 그에 맞는 내란죄로 처벌받길 원합니다.

    저는 이미 100% 조작된 것을 완벽하게 확인했기에 자신있습니다.

    비겁하게 언론플레이짓 하지말고 청문회에서 끝장 토론합시다.

    선서하고 수사를 조작했거나 국민을 우롱한 사실이 밝혀지면 검찰이든 저든 둘 중 하나는 광화문에 있는 국민단두대로 가서 국민들에게 용서를 빌고 저세상으로 갑시다.

    99.9999999%도 아닌 완벽한 100%인 증거가 이미 완벽하게 확보되었기에 능력이 부족하여 최순실 것임을 입증하지 못하겠으면 차라리 국민들과 대통령에게 용서를 빌면 국민수사대가 나서서 태블릿PC를 조작하여 전달한 후 최순실 것이라고 누명을 씌운 사람을 경찰과 함께 명명백백하게 밝히겠습니다.

    저는 최순실씨 태블릿PC가 맞다면 수사를 방해한 죄로 사형이나 제 목숨을 내놓겠습니다.

    다시 한번 말씀드립니다.

    검찰청에 신문기사 제보 내용을 전부 다 출력하고 제가 다 사실여부를 확인했다고 하면서 수사의뢰를 했더니 담당검사와 수사관이 ‘신문기사는 소설입니다. 소설을 가지고 오시면 우리는 수사 안 합니다.’ ‘우리는 “누구의 범법사실이 있으니 처벌을 해 달라고 하시고 만약 제보사실이 허위일 경우 제보자가 처벌을 받겠다는 것을 확실하게 해주면” 수사를 할 수 있습니다. 신문기사는 소설이니 다큐멘터리 가지고 오십시오. 이렇게 말하더군요.

    지금 박근혜 대통령 탄핵요청서가 거의 다 신문에 나온 내용입니다. 판, 검사들이 무슨 장난을 하는 건가요? 소설을 가지고 사람을 죽이고 살리고 할 수 있나요? 어떻게 저런 사람들이 판, 검사를 하는지……

    저는 JTBC 손석희와 방송도 해 봤고 딴지일보 주진우가 있는 시사인과 방산비리 추적도 같이 했었지요. 이 두 인간을 압니다. 언론이 얼마나 악랄하고 더러운지 다시 알게 해 주는 군요.

    이번 사건은 그냥 김무성과 사돈간인 조선일보와 악질 언론인 손석희, 언론노조를 장악한 박지원과 문재인, 박근혜 대통령의 정적인 친이계와 친이계를 조종하는 인간과 검찰들이 연합하여 벌인 대국민 언론, 검찰 쿠데타 사기극일 뿐이지요.

    자, 저는 대한민국을 지키기 위해 제 목숨을 내놓았습니다.

    저도 태블릿PC가 있지만 크기와 기능 측면에서 집에 그냥 팽개치고 휴대폰과 데스크탑만 쓰고 있습니다.
