<속보> 법원이 이재용 삼성전자 부회장에 대한 구속영장을 기각했다 –

박영수 특검팀이 청구한 이재용(49) 삼성전자 부회장에 대한 구속영장을 법원이 현지시간 19일 기각했다.

박영수 특검으로서는 통한의 일격을 맞은 꼴이 됐다. 박영수 특검팀이 이재용 삼성전자 부회장을 매개체로해서 박근혜 대통령과 최서원(61, 앞으로 본싸잍은 법적인 개명을 마친 것으로 돼 있는 최서원씨의 이름을 특별한 사유가 없는 한, 개명전 이름인 최순실 대신, 최서원씨로 지칭한다.)씨를 엮으려했던 프레임에 차질이 왔을 수 있기 때문이다.

이보다 앞서 특검은 이재용 부회장이 박근혜 대통령, 그리고 최서원씨에게 433억원에 달하는 뇌물를 공여한 혐의를 적시해서 구속영장을 청구했었다.

구속영장 실질심사를 담당한 서울 중앙지법(조의연 영장전담 부장판사)은 현지시간 19일 새벽, ‘구속의 필요성이 인정되지 않는다,’며 영장을 기각했다. 영장기각으로 서울구치소에서 대기중이던 이재용씨는 이날 새벽 귀가했다.

특검입장에서는 파장이 예상되는바, 박대통령을 엮어넣으려했던 기존의 수사방향이 난항을 겪을 공산이 큰 것으로 관측통들은 말하고 있다.

헌재에서 강압적인 수사태도를 들어 검찰조서가 인정되지 않았다는 길보가 있는 마당에, 이재용 삼성 부회장에 대한 영장마저 기각되면서, 탄핵음모가 바닥을 치고 올라오면서 반전되는 것 아니냐 하는조심스런 전망이 가능해졌다.
